Shipping Policy

I take pride in carefully packaging and shipping each order to ensure it arrives safely to you. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, I am no longer responsible for lost or delayed packages. However, I do understand how frustrating shipping issues can be and are happy to work with you to resolve any problems that arise.

 

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to me at lonelunagoods@gmail.com as soon as possible. While I do not offer free replacements for lost items, I am committed to helping you file a claim with the shipping carrier and will assist you in tracking the package. In some cases, I may offer a discounted replacement at my discretion

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If I have not shipped out your order yet, then you can email me at lonelunagoods@gmail.com and I can change it to the correct address but it is out of my hands once the package is shipped off. I am not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
